Amber Koehler, Vice President of Target Properties Construction, has nearly 25 years of experience in retail design and construction. Amber leads the corporation’s nationwide investment strategies for new developments, existing stores, and industrial facilities. Throughout her career, Amber has led global teams with capabilities spanning design and construction, strategy, product, data analytics, and operations. She is known for building and activating multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic, ambitious, and creative solutions.
Outside of work, Amber is married with two kids, a dog, and a flock of backyard chickens. Running is her therapy.

Amber holds an architecture degree from University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business.
