Isabel Kurzner is the Senior Director of Real Estate at Barry’s, where she leads the company’s real estate strategy, development, and portfolio management nationally. She has played a central role in acquisitions, leasing, market entry, national roll outs, and portfolio optimization for brands in various stages of their growth journey.

Prior to joining Barry’s in 2021, she was a Vice President and Market Director of Real Estate at JPMorgan Chase, where she played a strategic leadership role in managing the bank’s retail branch portfolio and expansion plans across the country. In her role, she managed real estate market planning, site selection and deal structuring, design, portfolio management, and site delivery.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory’s Goizueta Business School and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment from Harvard University.
