Kim Ellis is the Senior Vice President for Real Estate Development at Black Rifle Coffee Company.
Ms. Ellis is a twenty-five-year veteran of the retail real estate industry and previously served as Senior Vice President of Store Development for GameStop. Prior to GameStop, Kim served in senior real estate development roles for iFLY Indoor Skydiving, Piada Italian Street Food, Regis Corporation and Panda Restaurant Group.
Kim began her retail career at Blockbuster Inc. where she had various roles of increasing responsibility, starting as Real Estate Manager in the Southeast, Director of Business Development and ending her ten-year career at Blockbuster serving as their Senior Vice President of Development. Blockbuster Inc. was an American-based provider of home movie and video game rental services.
Ms. Ellis studied Business Administration at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Kim currently resides in Dallas, TX and has lived in several states during her real estate career, including Bethesda, MD, Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA and Minneapolis, MN.
Kim serves as a member on the ICSC Board of Trustees and has served on several ICSC committees including the RECON Planning Committee, the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Political Action Committee.
