As EVP of Creative and Innovation at SLD, Richard draws on expertise from his 20 years in the industry to develop innovative solutions that always build on strategy. Richard oversees the design and production teams as they work from concepts to final artwork, and infuses the process with out-of-the-box thinking drawn from other industries and emerging trends.Working closely with the in-house design team, Richard ensures that graphic and digital solutions integrate perfectly with all aspects of the brand strategy. Richard has 21 years of experience and has been with SLD since 1997.
